We are seeking a highly skilled and growth-driven Senior Social Media and Content Strategist to lead and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies across multiple platforms and audience segments. This role requires a professional who excels in creative content planning, data analysis, audience growth, and cross-channel integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic content frameworks, advanced audience targeting, and data-driven optimization. Combining creativity, strategic insight, and analytical expertise, this position focuses on building scalable content ecosystems across both organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership & Leadership
Develop and own the global content and social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Utilize data-driven audience segmentation to prioritize channels and establish full-funnel content frameworks. Lead quarterly and annual content planning, coordinating editorial calendars with product launches, seasonal trends, and key initiatives. Serve as the subject matter expert on emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and growth opportunities.

Content Strategy Development & Execution
Design multi-channel content strategies including blogs, social media, email, video, podcasts, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces. Oversee the production of diverse content formats that drive SEO, lead generation, brand authority, and engagement. Translate audience insights and business objectives into actionable content plans that support customer acquisition, education, and retention.

Advanced Social Media Management
Create platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Threads, and emerging channels. Optimize both organic and paid content for reach, engagement, virality, lead generation, and sales funnel contribution. Implement advanced social testing frameworks such as A/B testing, creative variants, and CTA experiments to enhance performance. Lead social listening efforts to monitor brand sentiment, competitive insights, and real-time engagement opportunities.

Social Media Analytics & Performance Optimization
Manage full-funnel analytics and reporting for content and social media campaigns. Build advanced dashboards using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Sprout Social, and Meta Business Suite. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, audience shifts, content gaps, and high-performing themes. Define and track KPIs related to brand awareness, engagement, conversion, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with SEO, paid media, CRM, design, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure integrated messaging and campaign alignment. Provide strategic briefs, audience personas, and content direction for multi-channel marketing campaigns. Mentor junior team members and manage external content partners and agencies to maintain brand consistency and quality.

Paid Social Support (Advanced)
Collaborate with paid media teams to align organic and paid content strategies. Develop creative testing roadmaps, audience segmentation frameworks, and post-campaign performance analyses. Monitor attribution models and recommend content-level optimizations to maximize paid social return on ad spend.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in content strategy, social media management, or growth marketing. Proven track record of building and scaling content engines that deliver measurable business results. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in social and web analytics platforms such as GA4, Meta Insights, Looker Studio, and Sprout Social. Deep understanding of social media listening tools, platform algorithms, audience behavior trends, and emerging features. Exceptional writing, editorial, and creative direction skills across multiple content formats. Experience collaborating with cross-functional growth teams and executive stakeholders. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and full-funnel digital marketing strategies. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience managing influencer programs, affiliate marketing, or partnership content. Background in SaaS, eCommerce, or healthcare/pharma industries. Familiarity with AI-powered content tools, automation platforms, and personalization engines. Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and content production partners. Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX), A/B testing, and digital experience optimization.
