We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant - Legal Transcript (Verbatim/Non-Verbatim) / to join our team. This role involves managing schedules, handling emails, organizing meetings, and transcribing sensitive legal information with accuracy and confidentiality. If you have strong listening and typing skills, along with a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Transcribe legal proceedings, depositions, and other sensitive materials.
- Manage virtual meetings and facilitate international clientele.
- Ensure high accuracy and maintain confidentiality of all transcriptions.
- Format transcripts according to legal guidelines and company standards.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
Requirements:
- Excellent speaking, listening, and typing skills.
- Strong command of the English language, grammar, and punctuation.
- Previous experience in legal transcription (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
