Production Planning & Scheduling
Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
Ensure the optimal utilization of production capacity and resources.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to manage timelines and avoid bottlenecks.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Prepare material requirement plans aligned with production schedules.
Ensure availability of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and plan production runs accordingly.
Minimize excess inventory and avoid stockouts.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for stock movement and record accuracy.
