As the Territory Manager at Shangrila Foods (Pvt) Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring the growth within your designated territory. You are responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with our companys goals. Your ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while leading a team of 5 sales professionals will be essential for your success. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market presence and achieve sales targets within the specified territory.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other System Based Auto Reports / data analysis tools to track sales performance and generate forecasts for management review.
  • Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with designated shops channels to promote brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough territory planning to maximize efficiency and ensure optimal coverage of sales opportunities by addition of new customers in portfolio.
  • Lead negotiation efforts with potential customers to secure favorable terms and close deals that contribute to overall growth.
  • Analyze competitors' activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Manage Digital training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in communication, culture, and selling techniques.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market conditions to identify opportunities for territory enhancement and market expansion.
