Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Campaign Support:
- Support in organizing and executing fundraising campaigns, including Ramadan campaigns in educational institutions.
- Conduct research on potential fundraisers, corporate partners, and individual donors.
- Secure commitments from individuals or corporate donors for participation or donations.
- Monitor and support fundraising drives, ensuring that targets are met and progress is tracked effectively.
Social Media Promotion for Fundraising:
- Support in promoting Shifa Foundation’s fundraising campaigns on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content to raise awareness of fundraising events and initiatives, such as posts, graphics, and videos.
- Increase online engagement by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries related to fundraising campaigns.
- Support in developing and managing social media ads and campaigns to reach wider audiences and attract more donors.
Managing Fundraising Materials:
- Manage and distribute donation boxes, leaflets, and publications at events and in various locations.
- Help promote fundraising events through various channels, including social media, to increase visibility and participation.

Administrative Support:
- Help maintain the donor database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly logged.
- Assist in preparing and compiling reports on fundraising performance and outcomes.
- Provide logistical support for fundraising events, including setting up, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth operation
