- Conduct day-to-day scientific and ethically sound IRB-approved studies in coordination with the principal investigator and sponsors.
- Help with capacity building activities and responsibilities include supervision of the Assistant CRA and Research Mentees/ Interns
- Liaise with the Auditor, sponsors, monitors and principal investigator
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records of patients enrolled in Clinical Trials
- Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, sterile instruments and storage procedures
- Ensure the confidentiality of patients, relatives and staff at all times
