1. Strategize online content production and scheduling.
2. Digital/ Social media PR planning to increase company’s online presence by networking with Journalists, bloggers, & influencers to gain endorsement (opinion making and crisis management) and social media mentions. Building meaningful connections and encouraging community members through dialog and messaging.
3. Implement and manage all social media and web marketing efforts (e.g., social media posting and advertising, search engine optimization, Google Ads, etc.).
4. Develop and launch social media marketing campaigns
5. Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately based on company and community policies.
6. Develop an effective content & blogging strategy (increasing web/ online outreach) by closely working with relevant clinical specialties/ doctors, media production & graphic designing teams
7. Set up and optimize company social media pages and profiles
8. Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement and manage SEO best practices.
9. Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
10. Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
11. Collect data and analyze interactions and visits, and use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
12. Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok and Instagram
13. Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
14. Create and maintain a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
15. Research, writing/producing/outsourcing all sorts of content production (written, image-based, video, etc.)
16. Compile and upload content, then track its performance across the many different Social Media networks and the wider web (via forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.)
17. Monitor brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
