Qualification:

The candidate must possess a postgraduate degree with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade in a recognized discipline.
A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or equivalent will be given preference.

Experience:

A minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching, research, or academic administration in higher education institutions, with at least 5 years in a senior administrative role.
Experience as a Dean, Head of Department, or equivalent administrative position will be highly desirable.
Experience in the department of Assessment & Exams will be given preference.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in handling university examinations and managing academic schedules.
Familiarity with digital tools and examination management systems is essential.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the academic integrity of the institution.
