Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring the company’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation for audit purposes.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.
Provide support in developing and implementing financial controls and processes.
