Truck Dispatch / Sales Agent

We are looking for motivated and skilled Sales Agents to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in cold calling, sales, or call centers to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Truck Dispatch Sales Agent, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing logistics operations, building relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA to generate leads and build a customer base.
Communicate effectively with truck drivers and clients to coordinate dispatch operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and dispatch details.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or call centers (preferably in the USA market).
Fresh Graduates: Exceptional English communication skills and a willingness to learn (training will be provided).
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
