You’ll be responsible for:
Hiring & managing a team of 15+ cold callers (target regions: Nigeria, Egypt, etc.).
Training cold callers to source industry experts (no sales—just recruitment).
Ensuring KPIs are met (expert-client meetings booked).
Collaborating with company trainers and coordinators.
We Want You If You Have
- A university degree (science, MBA, or technical fields preferred).
- Strong English (written/spoken) to train and manage teams.
- Recruitment experience (cold-calling, HR, or team management is a plus).
- LinkedIn savvy (or ability to source candidates globally).
- Professionalism—punctual, communicative, and results-driven.
Bonus Points For
Experience managing remote teams.
Knowledge of the cold-calling/BPO industry.
