As a regional coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of operations in the Karachi region, ensuring the effective implementation of the company's strategy and business goals in the region. You will be an important bridge between the company and the local team, ensuring smooth information transmission, reasonable resource allocation, and timely problem solving.

Your work includes but is not limited to:

Business operations: Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily business activities in the region to ensure that all operational processes proceed smoothly.

Project management: Participate in the planning, execution and monitoring of projects in the region to ensure that projects are completed on time and with quality.

Teamwork: Work closely with various departments and regional teams of the company to ensure the consistent implementation of company policies and procedures in the region.

Resource management: Coordinate resource allocation in the region to ensure maximum resource utilization and reduce waste.

Problem-solving: Identify and solve problems arising in regional operations in a timely manner and provide effective solutions.

Reporting and analysis: Submit regional operation reports regularly, provide data analysis support, and help the company's senior management make decisions.

Customer relationship management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and partners in the region to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:

Education background: Bachelor degree or above, preferably business administration, operations management or related majors.

Work experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience, with regional coordination, project management or operation management experience preferred.

Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with teams and customers at different levels.

Organizational skills: Good organization and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Data analysis: Proficient in using data analysis tools, able to extract effective information from data and support decision-making.

Adaptability: Have strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English or Urdu preferred.
