Lead executive and critical role recruitment across all business functions
Build talent pipelines for high-impact positions

Business Partnership & Advisory

Serve as primary HR consultant to department heads
Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies
Proactively identify organizational risks and opportunities

People Development & Performance

Guide managers through performance management and employee development

Manage senior-level confirmation processes

Organizational Excellence

Essential Experience

5+ years HR Business Partner experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare
Proven track record in executive recruitment and stakeholder management
Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior leaders
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
