Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of seven professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and enhance performance.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Assess risk exposure and implement effective management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and competencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project implementation and ensure successful delivery.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage individual and collective growth.
Prepare and present reports to senior management, outlining team performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
