We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Umrah Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organising their Umrah pilgrimage, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Umrah process and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Provide comprehensive consultation to clients regarding Umrah packages, including itinerary planning, accommodation options, transportation, and other services.
Booking Management: Coordinate and manage all bookings related to flights, hotels, transportation, and other necessary services for the Umrah pilgrimage.
Documentation Assistance: Assist clients in the preparation and submission of required documents, such as visas, passports, and other travel-related paperwork.
Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance throughout the entire Umrah process.
Package Customisation: Customise Umrah packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual clients or groups.
Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other relevant vendors.
Compliance: Ensure that all Umrah arrangements comply with relevant regulations and guidelines set by authorities and religious institutions.
Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the promotion of Umrah packages through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and community outreach.
Qualifications:
Candidates with at least an intermediate qualification are welcome to apply; however, preference will be given to those who have completed or are currently pursuing a graduate degree
Experience: No experience is required fresher can also apply Umrah or Hajj services.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Umrah pilgrimage process, including visa requirements, travel logistics, and religious practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client inquiries and issues professionally and empathetically.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using travel booking software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respect for Islamic practices and cultural sensitivity when dealing with clients.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
