We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Guest Relations Manager to oversee and enhance the guest experience for our short-term rental properties in DHA, Lahore. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, manage guest inquiries, and coordinate with the operations team to provide a seamless stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all guest communications via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences, coordinating with housekeeping and operations teams.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Monitor guest reviews and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance guest experiences.
Maintain updated records of reservations, availability, and pricing in coordination with the channel manager.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of any property-related concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
