You will be responsible for driving our clients' online presence and engagement. Your main responsibilities will include creating and strategically publishing content, collaborating with the design and editing team, and analyzing engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Publishing: Your primary duty will be to craft and strategically schedule engaging content across different social media channels.
Collaboration with Design and Editing Teams: Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure content is visually compelling and professionally edited, enhancing the overall impact and appeal of the client’s social media presence.
Client Management: Understanding client deliverables and making sure the team successfully generates expected results and fulfills all deliverables. Effective communication, adaptability to client feedback, and a collaborative approach are key.
Analyzing Engagement Metrics: Analyze data on user engagement to refine and adapt our content strategies, ensuring we consistently meet our engagement and growth objectives.
Campaign and Calendar Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns, overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. You will also manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and organized approach to content publication.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, incorporating new and relevant approaches into our strategy to maintain brand relevance and ensure continued engagement with our audience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in social media management.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a mastery of English for concise, influential content creation.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
Compensation and Opportunities:
- Starting salary of 60,000 to 100,000 per month (As per the interview).
