Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop scalable and secure backend systems.
- Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), write efficient queries, and optimize database performance.
- Implement and maintain server-side functionality in Python for tasks requiring complex algorithms or integrations.
Frontend Development:
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern technologies.
- Work with React Native to create cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX best practices.
- Ensure the application is optimized for speed and scalability.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for developed features and systems.
Testing & Debugging:
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop automated tests to ensure software quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

PHP & Laravel:
- Strong experience with PHP, particularly within the Laravel framework.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs.
React Native:
- Proficiency in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Familiarity with mobile application performance optimization.
Python:
- Experience using Python for backend tasks, integrations, or other programming requirements.
- Familiarity with Python libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc.
Frontend Technologies:
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (preferably React.js or Vue.js) and frontend tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
Version Control & CI/CD:
- Proficiency with Git for version control and experience working with Git-based workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
Database Management:
- Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with database design and optimization.
