PKR. 40,000 - 70,000/Month
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting watches and jewelry that suit their style and needs
- Present product features, quality, and pricing clearly and confidently
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targetsBuild lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and up to date
- Manage stock levels and handle inventory with accuracy
- Process sales transactions and follow up on after-sales services such as exchanges, repairs, or special orders
Requirements:
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- A professional, well-groomed appearance and customer-first attitude
- Ability to understand and explain product features and value
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of luxury brands and current fashion trends is a plus
