Smartbenefits is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your creativity and analytical skills to enhance our brand's online presence and engage effectively with our target audience. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, particularly focusing on social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). You will collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality content that resonates with customers, increases brand awareness, and drives traffic to our website. This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of digital marketing experience who is eager to grow and make a meaningful impact within our innovative company culture. Please note that this role does not involve managing a team.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic and brand awareness.
  • Create engaging and on-brand content for various digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media accounts by implementing social media marketing strategies, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to foster community.
  • Optimize content for search engines by applying SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics to continuously improve engagement rates.
  • Analyze performance data from digital campaigns to assess effectiveness and generate actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of digital marketing campaigns and report findings to stakeholders.
