We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with 6+ years of experience to help drive the user experience of our digital products from concept to execution. You will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and QA engineers in a fast-paced agile environment to craft intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences tailored for enterprise users.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features and improve existing user journeys for B2B web and mobile products.
Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices across the product lifecycle.
Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and feedback sessions.
Create and maintain design systems, UI pattern libraries, and reusable design components to ensure consistency across platforms.
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design intent is preserved throughout implementation.
Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and design reviews using Scrum/Kanban practices.
Use data and metrics (e.g., heatmaps, usage analytics) to inform design decisions and continuously iterate for improvement.
Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement within the product and design teams.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for B2B or enterprise-level software products.
Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in agile product teams.
Solid experience with responsive design, mobile-first principles, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Demonstrated ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced iterative environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Portfolio showcasing UX strategy, design thinking, and end-to-end product design solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to better understand implementation constraints.
Experience designing complex workflows for admin dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or SaaS management tools.
Understanding of B2B user personas, enterprise buyer journeys, and account-based product structures.
Exposure to motion design and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie.
Knowledge of analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel for behavior-driven design.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech, legal tech) with attention to compliance and UX constraints.
Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Notion for team collaboration and documentation.

Experience: 6+ years

Shift: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm (Flexible working hours)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: 90,000 PKR to 150,000 PKR (Salary can further be negotiated upon experience)
