We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee our finishing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for HIRING AND MANAGING a team of finishers, ensuring high-quality products, and meeting production targets. A key aspect of this role is to have an existing network of skilled finishers and relevant professionals to quickly assemble a team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of finishers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Recruit and hire skilled finishers and relevant professionals to meet production demands, leveraging existing professional networks
- Monitor production targets and implement strategies to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Provide training and guidance to finishers to improve skills and productivity
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Requirements:
- Experience in finishing or quality control supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and quality control experience
