We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our DS team, focusing on backend support for our Salesforce CRM platform. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and reliable solutions within an Agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the enterprise Salesforce platform and related applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a core member of an Agile team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise Salesforce platform and associated applications.
- Participate in design sessions to contribute ideas for new product features and capabilities.
- Create detailed technical design documents and engage in technical walkthroughs to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Develop reusable components and common services adhering to corporate development standards, languages, and tools.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of direct Salesforce development experience, with 2 to 3 years of overall application development background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience working with relational database technologies in solution development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
- Previous experience working with global teams is advantageous.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Willingness to work evening or night shifts as needed.
