Dynamics 365 CE Architect

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Architect with a minimum of 8 years in the industry to lead the design and delivery of D365 CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, system integration, and end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CE, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Note: This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and is fully Remote position

Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable and robust D365 CE solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
Lead end-to-end implementation and integration efforts.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure solution governance, quality assurance, and documentation.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, and integration patterns.
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and business users.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform preferred.
