Responsible for managing and optimizing a company's social media presence and building reputation. This may also involve making different social media profiles to advocate for the company in social media spaces, building an online reputation, and engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Content Management: Create, schedule, and publish posts across various platforms. (images, video, written, and audio/podcast). The content should focus on fostering deeper connections with audiences through interactive content and discussions.
Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers. This will also involve working from home, after office hours.
Campaign Execution: Assist in running social media trends/ campaigns. Develop a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social media posts.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes. This also involves monitoring competitors’ activities on social media.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
