We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
- Call potential leads generated through digital platforms to explain our digital marketing services.
- Engage with leads to identify their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales Growth:
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to encourage long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Client Communication:
- Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and benefits.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Follow-Up:
- Consistently follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain a record of all communications and sales activities in CRM software.
- Market Analysis:
- Understand industry trends and client requirements to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead-generation campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SMM, and Google Ads is a plus.
