We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead our financial management activities, playing a critical role in strategic planning, reporting, compliance, and team development. This position involves overseeing budgeting, financial analysis, and decision support while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will foster a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement within the finance team, contributing significantly to the organization’s financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, recommending corrective actions as needed. Deliver actionable insights to optimize costs and drive revenue growth.

Financial Reporting:
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage account consolidation and ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS or GAAP. Prepare detailed financial reports for management, board members, and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Audit:
Maintain compliance with tax laws, corporate regulations, and financial legislation. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, facilitate audit processes, and implement audit recommendations. Stay updated on changes in financial laws and best practices.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
Oversee daily cash flow monitoring to ensure efficient fund utilization. Manage banking relationships and supervise short- and long-term financing arrangements. Handle foreign exchange risk management when applicable.

Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team. Establish strong internal controls and continuously enhance financial systems and processes. Promote a work environment based on integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Support:
Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Participate in feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and ROI analyses. Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and expansion initiatives through due diligence and financial modeling.

Required Qualifications

Education:
MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Experience:
8 to 12 years of progressive experience in financial management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs150,000 to Rs200,000 per month
Work Location: On-site
