We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and manage our day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance with a strong sense of ownership, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accounting vouchers and post accurate entries into the accounting system
Oversee bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting for management and relevant authorities
Handle tax matters, including filings, returns, and compliance
Coordinate with various internal departments and cost centers
Ensure proper financial documentation and internal controls
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit support
Suggest process improvements for financial efficiency and control

Required Skills & Tools:

QuickBooks expertise is mandatory
Sound knowledge of financial accounting systems
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Organized, reliable, and results-driven

Eligibility Criteria:

CA Inter / CAF / Part Qualified ACMA / CIMA (articles completed from QCR-rated firm)
OR MBA / BBA / BCom (with articles completed from a QCR-rated CA firm)
Experience with development sector finance will be a strong plus
