We are looking for a Production Planner to efficiently manage and coordinate production schedules to meet targets. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal resource utilization, timely order fulfillment, and smooth workflow across production units.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor workflows, schedules, and production progress, making adjustments as needed.
- Optimize resources, manpower, and machine utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Identify and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or production issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure production meets quality standards and customer requirements.
- Generate and analyze production reports to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with management to forecast production needs and capacity planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
