We are looking for a resource having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA and UK-based projects.

Candidates must have packaging experience.

Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails.
Generating sales inquiries through incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails.
Making sure every inquiry is catered to properly; working in the supervision of the sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with the estimation team to make sure customer receives price quotations in time.
Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.
Coordinating with the design team to make artwork changes requested by customers.
Coordinating with the shipping team to make sure the customer receives his/her job on time.

NOTE:

Job timing is 8 Pm to 5 Am with Saturday and Sunday off.
Candidates must have fluency in spoken and written English.
The mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the USA/UK packaging industry.
