PKR. 70,000 - 100,000/Month

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Business & Industries (B&I) division, focusing on Offices and Institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, client relationship management, and performance-driven execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate orders as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
Ensure timely delivery execution and maintain high customer satisfaction
Drive sales of key SKUs through focused selling efforts
Achieve monthly sales targets and track performance against timelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with offices, corporates, and institutions
Ensure achievement of KPIs as defined by business objectives

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in OOH (Out-of-Home), B&I, or HoReCa sectors
Prior experience in electronics, corporate, or institutional sales channels is preferred
Strong target-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to independently manage the sales process in the field
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver results

Compensation:

Salary: PKR 70,000 – PKR 90,000
Fuel Allowance: PKR 10,000
Performance Incentive: Up to PKR 30,000 (Variable)
