Zarnab International, a prominent foreign education consultancy in Pakistan, is expanding its Lahore team and inviting enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join as Trainee Student Counselors. This full-time, entry-level position offers a starting salary of Rs. 40,000 per month along with paid training. The role is based in the Gulberg and Johar Town areas of Lahore. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training to develop the necessary skills to become full-time Student Counselors. They will assist students in securing admissions to leading universities in the UK, Australia, Canada, and the USA. This position is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about education and eager to build a long-term career in international education consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire knowledge of student counseling, admissions, and visa procedures specifically for the UK and Australia.
- Support senior counselors by assisting with student assessments, follow-ups, and managing documentation.
- Handle basic student inquiries through various communication channels including social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-in visits.
- Attend training sessions and workshops led by university representatives to enhance counseling skills.
- Provide assistance during student events, seminars, and virtual sessions.
- Shadow experienced counselors and gradually assume direct counseling duties.
- Manage individual student cases progressively under supervision as competency grows.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Genuine interest in international education and student advising.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to learn quickly, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate professionalism.
- Availability to work full-time from the Gulberg or Johar Town office locations.
