Responsibilities:

Conversational Skills:

Product Knowledge:

Possess basic knowledge of clothes or fashion trends.
Stay informed about product updates and changes to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in online sales or customer service roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong grammar skills for effective communication.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
