We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Floor Manager to oversee our sales operations and lead our team to success

As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. You will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales floor operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales strategies and operations.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
