We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our busy restaurants. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in restaurant management, including experience in team leadership, inventory management, cost control, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and lead the team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer service standards, and handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
  • Monitor kitchen and bar operations to ensure food and beverage quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory effectively, minimize waste, and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Stay updated with new trends and best practices in the restaurant industry and incorporate them into operations.
  • Collaborate with the Owner to achieve the restaurant's goals and objectives.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, customer service, and team management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Arabic language (an advantage).
