Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities
Inbound and Outbound Calling Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
