We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who can effectively introduce and sell our comprehensive software solutions to potential clients, demonstrating clear value and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients clearly articulating features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our software solutions address their business challenges.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage sales cycles effectively.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in HR, Payroll, or Project Management solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software to manage sales activities and client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred.
