We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who can effectively introduce and sell our comprehensive software solutions to potential clients, demonstrating clear value and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients clearly articulating features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our software solutions address their business challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage sales cycles effectively.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics regularly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably in HR, Payroll, or Project Management solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage sales activities and client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred.
