1.Reconciling student fee receipt challans with bank statement, checking bank MIS and posting the same into the accounting software.

2. Maintaining receipt records (contractors, admission processing fee, sponsors, etc.), issuing invoices for sponsorship/donations etc., and depositing in Bank and reconciling the same with the Bank on weekly and monthly basis.

3. Resolving student’s/parents issues pertaining to Finance department, issuing clearance on final transcript, Degree, letter grade, etc. on clearance forms.

4. Maintaining records of all banks receipt vouchers, Bank books etc.

5. Maintaining record of all internal/ external scholarship collections.

6. Carrying out Bank reconciliation.

7. Processing refunds Forms/ Applications.

8.Emailing monthly salary slips to respective employees.

9. Any other task assigned by the Management.
