- Maintain general ledger and record all transactions in accounting software
- Prepare supplier payments, loan disbursements, and payroll
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank, loan, and GL accounts
- Prepare monthly management accounts and post month-end JVs
- Maintain asset register, depreciation, and prepayment schedules; ensure asset tagging
- Supervise annual audits and maintain updated physical files

- Coordinate with consultants for tax/SECP notices and filing of replies and returns
- Train branch staff on AML/CFT compliance and NBFC regulations
