ABS International is looking for a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a night shift basis. This full-time position is located at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi and operates from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT. The role is vital in managing strategic hiring efforts and overseeing HR operations during evening hours, directly supporting the company’s growth and workforce development goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to streamline recruitment timelines. Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policies. Administer employee benefits programs and respond promptly to employee inquiries. Prepare HR documentation and compliance reports to meet organizational requirements. Assist in organizing employee training programs to support professional development. Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations to minimize risks.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 1-2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is required. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail are important. A working knowledge of employment compliance standards is also expected.
