We are seeking an experienced Tax Data Entry Officer to accurately and efficiently enter tax-related data into our system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data entry, with expertise in tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry:

Accurately and efficiently enter tax-related data into the system
Ensure data is complete, accurate, and compliant with tax laws and regulations

2. Tax Return Preparation:

Assist in preparing tax returns and other tax-related documents
Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns

3. Data Verification:

Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct errors or discrepancies

4. Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations

5. Support:

Provide support to tax team members
Assist with tax-related queries and issues

Requirements

1. Education:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field

2. Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tax data entry or a related field

3. Skills:

Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to work accurately and efficiently

4. Certifications:

Certifications in taxation, such as income tax certification, are desirable
