We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of our Consumer Electronics TCL retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards, handle customer complaints, and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Supervise cash handling, billing processes, and POS system operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock ordering, and manage stock audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement and execute visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze sales performance, generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and share insights with management.
  • Conduct regular team training sessions on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and security procedures.
  • Support in local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and new product launches within the store.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership/store management role, preferably in consumer electronics or high-value retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Good understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
