We are looking for a motivated Technician – Deployment to join our team in Lahore. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary of PKR 37,000 and is suited for candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The position involves hands-on fieldwork focused on fiber optic network deployments, providing an excellent opportunity to build a career in the telecom sector. Ideal candidates will be between 18 and 35 years old and have technical training in electronics, electrical, telecom, IT, or computer science disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute FTTH and GPON deployments, covering both Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Perform on-field surveys, monitor deployment progress, and ensure successful delivery of all assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records throughout all phases of deployment to support project tracking.
- Work closely with OSP and ISP vendors during fiber rollout activities, including Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH) and Fiber Access Terminal (FAT) installations.
- Adhere strictly to project timelines and objectives to meet organizational goals and ensure smooth execution.
- Actively contribute to the success of Sunshine Projects by completing assigned tasks and supporting team efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, IT, or Computer Science, or a B-Tech (Hons.) degree in a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in technical roles related to fiber optic or telecom deployments.
- Age range between 18 and 35 years.
