The Role serves as the first point of contact for the organization, responsible for greeting and assisting visitors during interview hours (approximately 2 to 3 hours daily). Following this, the role transitions into supporting/ assisting the HR department with various functions such as recruitment, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding processes.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews by calling
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copies)
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Help prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
  • Track employee attendance and leave records
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
