We are seeking a well-presented, motivated, and organized receptionist to manage our front desk and handle various administrative tasks at our private office in Islamabad. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, professional, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Manage incoming calls and route them efficiently
  • Handle scheduling and appointments
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

Requirements:

  • Female, preferably aged 20–28
  • Minimum intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and courteous demeanor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Environment: Professional and respectful workplace
