You will strive to provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and facilitating organizational growth and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Assist in financial data entry and maintenance of records in accounting software.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team, including filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
- Help in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payment collections, and reconciliations.
- Assist with the collection of outstanding receivables and follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support in reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance department's objectives.
- Manage Director Personal transactions and provide monthly statements to management.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of Experience in relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
