Experts Communication is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join their team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Candidates must be comfortable working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Fresh graduates with good English communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 55,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively to provide information, support, and sales assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to confidently handle objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and improve.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
