Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp & calls
- Guide and convince buyers to complete their purchases
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales
- Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Urdu (Basic English is a plus)
- Confident and persuasive speaking abilities
- Ability to handle multiple chats & calls efficiently
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for customer interaction
