Grade: SVP-I/ EVP-I

Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Oversees branch operations, manages staff, ensures customer service excellence, and maintains a strong control environment. This includes compliance with regulations (e.g., SBP inspections) and financial discipline. Supports business partners to achieve organizational goals.

Ensure adherence to SBP policies and the Bank’s internal processes and procedures
Maintaining a strong control environment
Monitoring of Branch GLs
Implementation of SBP Currency Management Strategy
To Optimize Branch Operations
Provide tools and reports Empower ROMs
Monitoring of Branch visits of ROM/AOM
Monitor ATM performance
To work for Enhancing Customer Service
Investigate and mitigate fraud to address control environment
Planning for staff succession
To enhance staff capabilities
To Conduct performance appraisals consistent service delivery
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external service providers, ensuring all terms are aligned with organizational policies and regulatory compliance
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all SLAs, SOPs, and contracts
To enhance staff capabilities
To Conduct performance appraisals

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/ foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience Preferably 06 years in the same role.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 08, 2025.
