Lead Generation and Sales

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in the company’s products and services.
  • Customer Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products/services using a consultative approach over the phone.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics set by the sales department.

B. Customer Relationship Management

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up Calls: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services, and resolve any queries they may have.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies for customer retention, ensuring repeat business opportunities.

C. Sales Process Management

  • Sales Documentation: Accurately record all interactions with clients and update customer details in the CRM system.
  • Sales Reporting: Report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities, pipeline progress, and any customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales deals.

D. Product Knowledge and Market Awareness

  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services, their benefits, and features to effectively sell to customers.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

E. Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
